Our Vision
Alpha Fired Arts’ program offers an innovative approach to arts education through the craft of ceramics.
Since 1988, Alpha Fired Arts has provided a creative learning space for clay and “paint your own” programs for children 3-18 years. Children are encouraged to explore their creativity while learning the basics of clay, through hand building, and painting bisque ware.
Art education benefits children’s development in several significant ways:

Field Trips
“Hands-On Clay Experience”
Schedule a Field trip to Alpha Fired Arts, our classroom is perfect for up to 40 students for a fun and inspiring “Hands-On Clay Experience”.
These classes promote ceramic arts as a learning tool designed for their individual creative expression. Students will learn about the whole clay process, from its beginnings as earth and minerals, to how sculptors and potters use it today.
Instructor Cindy Tanner and staff will lead students through several techniques of clay hand building, decorating and painting of their masterpiece.
