Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions for Alpha Fired Arts Clay Studio

By registering for a recurring membership on the Alpha Fired Arts website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Monthly Billing Authorization: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Alpha Fired Arts to automatically charge every 30 days from the date of purchase. A receipt for each transaction will be emailed to the address on file. No prior notification will be provided unless the amount or billing date changes, in which case you will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Firing Allowance and Fees: Each studio member may fire up to 50 pounds of total work per 30-day billing period, including bisque, glaze, and refire loads. Any firing over 50 pounds will be charged $1.00 per pound. Special firing charges will apply for oversized or unusually shaped pieces and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Unused firing weight does not roll over to the next month and cannot be banked.

Membership Benefits: Active members in good standing will receive discounts on clay, tools, and glaze products. Members will also have access to communal tools and studio equipment during open studio hours. A storage shelf or personal space may be provided if available. Membership benefits are only available to accounts with current, fully paid subscriptions.

Storage Policy: If you occupy a studio shelf or personal storage space, you are responsible for clearing out your belongings at the end of your membership. Items left for more than 30 days after cancellation may be discarded or repurposed by staff.

Cancellation and Account Changes: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Alpha Fired Arts or through your profile on the website, at least 4 days before your next billing date. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your paid billing period. No refunds, credits, or transfers are issued once your billing cycle has started.

Account Responsibility: You agree to notify Alpha Fired Arts of any changes to your credit card or billing information in a timely manner. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information at all times.

Acknowledgment: By completing your online subscription, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms listed above. You authorize recurring charges as described and acknowledge that failure to comply with studio policies may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
