Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  3. Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
