Iron Titanium Brown Spinel, an inorganic pigment, is a reaction product of high temperature calcination in which Iron (II) Oxide and Titanium (IV) Oxide in varying amounts are homogeneously and ionically interdiffused to form a crystalline matrix of inverse spinel. Its composition may include any one or a combination of the modifiers A12O3, CoO, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, MnO, or ZnO.
